[E-trademarks] Contingency litigation favor?

Colleagues, if you have experience with personal injury contingency litigation, would you be willing  to spend/donate 5-10 min on the phone with me? I am trying to help a recent immigrant with a contingent fee retainer agreement . I don’t get involved in these things and chatting with someone knowledgeable would be of help.
