[E-trademarks] Dealing with copycat

Hi Bill,

Do you have reason to believe this is an actual copycat/bad faith actor? If
so, I recently helped a client successfully oppose a prior-filed copycat
app by her disgruntled former boss (yes, boss, not employee) and I'd be
happy to chat offline.
