[E-trademarks] New TEAS requirement re name/citizenship of principals?

Correct, this has always been there.  But you don't have to enter this information for any foreign companies.  Just domestic partnerships, etc.

I think this has always been a requirement when the applicant is a general partnership, trust or something like that.

Hi everyone,



I filed a response in TEAS today and had to make some updates to the foreign applicant's information.  I saw a requirement (shown in the screenshot below) for name and citizenship of GPs, active members, individuals, trustees, or executors for domestic owners.  It appeared for most of the radio buttons, but not corporation or LLC.  I don't remember having seen this before, is this new? In any way related to the new FinCEN BOI requirements?
