[E-trademarks] Amazon Brand Registry issue

Any insight on our updated legal contact at Amazon Brand Registry to
elevate an issue? We have a zombie Admin blocking our ABR registration, but
ABR support continues to say "contact the admin."

All is papered up on ownership, so we just need to get it in front of legal
so they can see (1) we are the lawful owners and (2) the zombie Admin is
unreachable and must be cleared.
