[E-trademarks] USPTO: Invitation to Trademark Center Closed Beta for Initial Applications

I find the ownership page very confusingly arranged. You don’t get asked the owner’s name until you’ve answered questions about whether the owner is an entity or an individual and some information about the owner. And at one point the country of organization field is shown twice, once above the name and once above the state menu.

I would have provided feedback as requested, but there doesn’t appear to be any feedback button anywhere.

I tried the form.   Very different.   Better for the layperson.    But I like the current form better.

Thank you for volunteering to provide feedback and assist us with improving your trademark filing experience.

We're working on a new filing system, and we’d like to invite you to use the closed beta version of Trademark Center to file an initial application: https://trademarkcenter.uspto.gov/

What is a ‘closed beta’?
This is a live system for real trademark applications. However, it is not the full or final version, and we need your feedback to help us continue to improve it while we continue to add all initial application functionality. You’re welcome to create a draft application without actually filing if you just want to check it out.

We’ve provided your USPTO.gov account associated with this email address with access to the closed beta.

Note: The Trademark Center closed beta currently only accepts applications to register a trademark under only one basis. There are additional eligibility requirements, which you can find in the attachment as well as within Trademark Center when you start a new application.

We need your feedback, so please let us know what you think using the blue Feedback button that will be available within the initial application on the right side of the page. You may fill it out multiple times as you use the system.
