[E-trademarks] [EXT] TEAS is broken?

And we trademark lawyers have no choice but to keep sending them our
client's money, and to spend extra non-billable time dealing with all of
these issues.  I run a very small firm and spend an enormous amount of
money on filing and other fees every year.  I feel frustrated and somewhat
helpless about all of this.  (My remedy is to provide survey feedback which
I do - but nothing seems to come of it.)
