[E-trademarks] Assignment Resubmission On-Going Saga

Ours has been pending since February 7! I have called the assignment division multiple times to check status and they can’t even find it using the assignment ID. We’ve sent extra copies in as requested – still nothing. Tempted to just refile it and eat the fees to hopefully get in a different “queue”!

Does anyone have a phone number for a supervisor over trademark assignments? We are still waiting for approval of a resubmission filed on February 7. The poor souls who answer the phone are virtually no help. One offered to help escalate our issue due to an upcoming deadline, and she reports that she has not gotten a response either.
