Hello folks.  In the past, many times the e-Trademarks reception has
been either the Sunday evening or the Monday evening.  And then the
other constraint was to pick which ever of those evenings was not the
same as Meet the Bloggers.

We we just saw is that apparently there will not be a Meet the Bloggers
this year at INTA.  The next Meet the Bloggers will apparently be in 2025.

That leaves us open to have our choice of the Sunday or the Monday.  My
preference being the Sunday evening, just like Thilo.

But very loyal and long-time listserv member Maria Crimi Speth did
some leg work and she found a venue that would be available on Tuesday
during happy hour.  Thank you Maria for finding this option.

You can tell from what I am writing here that I am leaning toward the
Sunday evening time slot.

Of course as a general matter if you were to contact any of a dozen
hotels (which I just got done doing), the usual news is that every event
space in just about every hotel in Atlanta is already booked.  And just
about every event space in a bar or restaurant is already booked.  But
against all odds I found one hotel that has one event space available on
Sunday evening.  The Hyatt Regency.  Yes, the very first ever Hyatt
Recency, designed by John Portman.  The Portman 22-story atrium design,
opened to the public in 1967, was revolutionary for its time.

This event space that is available on Sunday evening is not, however
revolutionary in any way.  It is a boring space in the bowels of the
hotel.  But no matter how boring it is, our listserv members would make
the space exciting.

What preferences do listserv members have as between the two time
slots?  Sunday evening (probably 6-9 PM or ), or Tuesday happy hour time?

  Carl
