[E-trademarks] date and time for reception - Monday 5-8PM

Here is my update on the survey. I only received 11 responses so far, which I certainly hope is not an indication of the number of attendees!

The results are a mixed bag.  On the one hand, 6 people prefer Sunday, 1 prefers Monday and 4 prefer Tuesday.  But, 5 cannot attend Sunday, one cannot attend Monday and 2 cannot attend Tuesday.

So, if the goal is to accommodate schedules rather than preferences, it would seem that Monday is actually best.

Hello fellow listserv members.

It will be recalled that the last that you heard from me about the Hyatt Regency Atlanta was that they had a venue for us on Sunday, May 19, 5-8 PM.

I just got off the phone with my meeting planner at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta.  She tells me that they are able to change the date to Monday, May 20, 5-8 PM.

By later today, if all goes well, I can do the two or three mouse clicks to e-sign the papers for Monday, May 20, 5-8 PM.  This will be in a meeting room in the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, located at 265 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30303.

I dearly hope that this date and time will work for everybody or almost everybody.
