Only México has a mandatory affirmative filing 3 years after registration or, for marks registered before 2018, within 3 months of renewal. For an IR, this filing must be made after filing for the renewal of the IR but must be done locally not through WIPO.

In CN, non-use cancellation actions can be filed after 3 years.

In the EU, cancellation can be filed after 5 years.

In India cancellation can be filed if there was no use between 3 month pre-filing and 5 years post.
