[E-trademarks] User verification suddenly required despite being securely logged into MyUSPTO

Ugh, I've been trying on and off for the past year and a half to get my
MyUSPTO account updated to my current e-mail at my current firm. At least
I can use the old e-mail to log in, so it hasn't stopped me from working,
but it is ridiculous.
