[E-trademarks] User verification suddenly required despite being securely logged into MyUSPTO

Some years ago I had a client whose car could be unlocked and started 
using a thumbprint.  This was a very very valuable car.

The client realized that what could happen next is getting held up and 
losing a thumb.

The client turned off the "thumb unlock" feature, or changed cars, or both.
