[E-trademarks] Trademark Rising

To Kevin's point, I am quite blunt: "These [letters etc.] are virtually
all fraudulent; please send them to me for review.  Anything costing you
money should be coming from me (that sounds terrible I know, but these
solicitations are really out of hand)."
And then I thank them when they send me an email or letter to review. (And
don't send a bill.)
