We have also not been able to figure this out (same for patent Assignments).  I did e-mail the USPTO regarding this and will share if they respond.

Anyone figured out how to get their contact information stored in the TM recording interface?  I keep expecting I'll see a checkbox I've missed when completing a recordation assignment, but so far, no luck.
