[E-trademarks] Seeking Virginia-based copyright litigators

Good afternoon. My client has been sued for copyright infringement in Virginia and needs Virginia-based counsel to answer the lawsuit by this Friday if an extension is not agreed to. This was a transactional client, and they did not inform us of the lawsuit for several weeks after they were sued. The client is a long-standing art-related business based in Houston.
