[E-trademarks] TM Center Beta - Can't File?

All – For the good of the cause, I wanted to report back on what we found out about Beta.  It looks like the person who creates the application has to be the one to pay and complete the filing.  In the “OG” filing system, our assistant can prepare an application, set up the signature link email to come from my email address, which I can then forward to the client for signature.  Then when it comes back signed to me, I could log in and pay/file to complete the filing.  Not so with Beta.  Something to keep in mind.

Anyone else experienced a problem not being able to file the application after the client e-signs the application?  We’re getting a “something went wrong” message using multiple browsers and attempted filers.  This is in the Beta system.
