Not mine-- but I had reason to be looking at this case and saw the withdrawal another attorney filed that looked well done: https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=97336471&caseSearchType=US_APPLICATION&caseType=DEFAULT&searchType=statusSearch

Subject: [E-trademarks] Standard polite language for Request for Withdrawal as Attorney of Record
Hi all,
Has anyone submitted a Request for Withdrawal as Attorney of Record with the USPTO due to client's nonpayment?
If so, would you mind sharing what language you entered into the field beneath "I request to withdraw as the Attorney of Record or update the USPTO's database after a power of attorney has ended for the serial/registration number(s) identified above, for the following reason(s):"?
I don't want to expose the client or violate any ethics rules. This document is part of the record that is publicly accessible, including the language entered into that field to explain the reason for withdrawal.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
Dana Dickson
