[E-trademarks] "Elite Mark Group"

Hello All

My client received a letter from Elite Mark Group claiming they received a request from "an applicant" interested in registering a name similar to my client's mark.  The letter ultimately offered to help my client register the mark.  Is anyone familiar with this company and/or their approach?
