[E-trademarks] Error with pay and submit new application

You might want to try clearing your cache?  I sort of remember seeing something on the payment page about updates on the 7th that might necessitate that, but I can't remember for sure.

I’ve tried three times now to “pay and submit” a new application that has to be filed today for reasons not worth going into. Anyone else having a problem? Has anyone seen a notice saying that the payment functionality is down?
