To see a comprehensive list of all the new or changed entries, on or after January 1, 2025, please conduct an advanced search in the ID Manual using the exact date (“=” sign in the “Effective Date” dropdown menu) of January 1, 2025.

USPTO: So, we’re updating the ID Manual to reflect changes to the Nice Classification on January 1.

TM attorneys: OK.  So is there a list of changes somewhere?

USPTO: No, you’ll have to wait until January 1 to see it.

USPTO: No, but we’ll give you instructions on how to search for the changes yourself.  Happy New Year!
