An option that might meet your needs: open the relevant record on TSDR, expand the sections desired (mark info, goods/services, owner, whatever), copy that to TSDR data to the clipboard, then paste just the text to Word or email.
Below is the text for 97977073 (admittedly a brief trademark record) using this method but ending the listing with the owner info (although I also copied and centered the drawing displayed by TM search {that happens to be a link to the TSDR record}). Good enough? Good enough with a little manual editing (like deleting the bracket/parentheses/asterisk note included in the goods/services text)?

Subject: [E-trademarks] TESS print function
Trademark examiners must still use a search and print system different than the new system used by practitioners and the public at https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/search/search-information
Examiners are able to print user-friendly records of applications and registrations for their Office Actions, somewhat like we used to be able to do with TESS (print a single page summary of a record). Those old TESS sheets were handy for filing responses to Office Actions or records with TTAB, or general use in the file. We now use bulky un-friendly TSDR records. Perhaps I missed a post on how to display or make prints like the examiners? Even then, the records printed by examiners lack dates of use (they are not concerned about those dates in their examinations, but the dates are needed by practitioners to assess priority).
I was under the impression we were all using the same system. I wonder what other features are lacking in the public system. Hopefully the Office can bring back this feature in their next update.
