[E-trademarks] Notices of Publication - Format Change

Hi Listserv,

Yesterday, for several matters our office received duplicate emails regarding Notifications of Notice of Publication .  We noticed that the form of the email notices is different and the document descriptions and prosecution history description in TSDR look a little different too for this activity.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Was this a planned change that was announced, and I missed it?  Some screen shot examples below.
