[E-trademarks] Referral to an EA or CPA for foreign performing artist in the US

Colleagues, a foreign performing artist on a work visa in the US needs a referral to an EA or a CPA for handling his taxes in the US. I suspect the copyright/trademark law community might know someone with experience in taxation of foreign singers/songwriters in the US. Location doesn’t matter, but if this someone is in NY, that would be convenient. Russian speaking would be an extra plus, but not a necessity.
