[E-trademarks] Trademark Assignment Center, No Ability to Pay Fees

I am having the same issue – the calculate fees page shows only a warning (“Recordation fee receipt is available after submission review.”) and there is now way to advance to the “Sign and Submit” page, or to save the assignment information for later. Sigh.

Has anyone successfully recorded a trademark assignment or other document with the trademark Assignment Center? Yesterday I could not add any application numbers. Today, I got to the calculate fees screen, but the portion of the screen where you would normally see something about the fees to pay is completely blank. I cannot calculate or pay any fees. I cannot advance to the sign and submit page.
