Your suggested example AT:”oppedahl” AND RD:[20230101 TO 20231231] works for individual attorneys, of course, but there’s no way to search for a firm listing in TESS (unless for some reason the firm is listed as the applicant’s counsel rather than the name of the individual attorney), so for larger firms this gets a bit more onerous, particularly if attorneys leave or arrive during the course of the year and/or have common surnames.
