[E-trademarks] John's Post re the TTAB Jettisoning the USPQ

At the very least, the PTO should make decisions citable by some
reasonably-compact URL.  Before about 2007, you could cite by URL (look at
some of the older articles at http://allthingspros.blogspot.com/ )   You
could even search PTAB/TTAB decisions by Google!   Imagine that!

But in 2007 or so, some genius decided that people were putting too much
load on the PTO's servers searching these decisions  (the load is on
Google's servers, not yours, you morons) and put PTAB/TTAB decisions behind
a search wall, with no URL.
