And holy hell, why won't the USPTO and Fed Circuit get on the damned bus;
I'm pretty sure that everyone here agrees, the outcome of this case totally
sucks.
As for now, we must continue to reveal where TM applicants sleep
or Petition for the Commissioner, when privacy concerns run truly deep
So I'll say it, if no one else will, this Fed Circuit decision, f*n, bleep,
bleep bleep . . .
