[E-trademarks] TSDR and other PTO systems not working?

Today I was trying to do a seemingly simple 8&9 renewal.  The TEAS 
system kept showing up weird error messages like "session lost".  
Hitting screen refresh sort of sometimes helped, but it was very very 
difficult to attach the single simple specimen of use.  I think it ended 
up taking three start-overs to eventually get the renewal created.
