[E-trademarks] New York State Court Action for Trade Dress Infringement

Does anyone have experience pursuing an infringement suit in New York state courts for unregistered trade dress (apparently New York law does not require a showing of secondary meaning even for product configuration trade dress) and using such a judgment to persuade online retailers to takedown the products nationally?
