[E-trademarks] Help on quick, down, and dirty learning the new advanced search features

Do you have a down and dirty cheat sheet or video to help train on the new advanced search system?

I've viewed the Help page a bunch, watched the search videos put out by the USPTO for the new system, and none of these things seem intuitive to me.

I'm trying to make a compare sheet from searches in the old system to the new system to help train my brain to remember things like * is now .*  and [] don't go around the search field, but around the alternate search criteria. And using the + sign.

CORNERSTONE
New system: CM:/[ckqx]+[aeiou]+rn+[aeiou]+r+[scz]+t.*/
Old System: *{"ckqx"}orn$r*[bi,ti] and *ston*[bi,ti]

PRIDE
New system: CM:/pr[iey]{0,2}d.*/
Old system:  *pr{v:2}d*[bi,ti]

If a comparison sheet already exists and I missed it, forgive me for asking and I would appreciate access.
