[E-trademarks] Fwd: Application conflict action required -- fresh new bullshit

The writer is a "paralegal officer."  Ugh.  No legit paralegal would
ever sign such a communication.  It solicits establishing a client
relationship and gives legal opinions re: consequences of
action/non-action.  Possible to prosecute for unauthorized practice of law?

these matters at:  TMScams at uspto.gov.  [See USPTO Trademarks home page
