Yes, I had a similar problem last week despite going through the ID me and US PTO rigmarole I couldn’t get in to the US PTO to look at my own client trademarks!

Did she complete the verification process?



One of my staff did the paper route, and they rejected her application for failure to indicate her role, but never notified her.  And now want her to resubmit an all new, notarized document, rather than just checking the box for her and processing it.  So absurd.  One thing if you were claiming to be an attorney, but as she is indicating attorney support, which we have to verify anyway, it is ridiculous to make her start the whole process all over again.
