I have had to hit Refresh in TSDR searches a few times now.

Same here – I cannot access ESTTA, TTABVue, TMEP, TBMP….

The USPTO Systems Status and Availability<https://www.uspto.gov/blog/ebiz/> doesn’t show anything, as it hasn’t been updated since this morning.
