[E-trademarks] Old podcasts still being watched - mark in use?

Client has registration for ABC for entertainment services namely, providing podcasts on [whatever]. Client has not produced any new podcasts in three years but Client’s YouTube stats show 400 views of the older podcasts in the last 28 days, along with comments made during that period.

Is the ABC mark is still in use for providing the podcasts? I think so.
