[E-trademarks] Post reg OAs

After receiving another post reg OA on the attorney check box issue, and
going through all of my post reg filing receipts for the current year, I
sent the following to teas at uspto.gov:

TEAS team,



The post registration forms for the Section 8 Declaration, Sections 8&9
Renewal, Sections 8&15 Declarations, Sections 71&15 Declarations and
Section 71 Declarations are failing to record the check box for the
attorney being admitted to the highest court of the state.



The TEAS forms do not permit submission without checking the box, yet this
information is omitted from the actual submission. The failure to record
the provided information is resulting in unnecessary work on the part of
the post registration division, who has to issue Office Actions for that
requirement, and attorneys who then have to respond.



There do not appear to be any pattern to which filings record the
information and which do not.



Please fix this.

I have found several instances where the receipts do not include the
required statement, and am going to take the proactive step to submit the
information for those post regs which are still pending.
