[E-trademarks] non-existent trademark offices that are listed in Trademark Center

Trademark Center lists 242 purported trademark offices in its drop-down 
list for priority claims.  Some of them do not exist.  Here are 
thirty-five places that the developers of Trademark Center included in 
their drop-down list, that do not have a trademark office:
