[E-trademarks] non-existent trademark offices that are listed in Trademark Center

Yeah, you can extend protection from an actual trademark office (UK for
example) to some territory or protectorate (Gibraltar for example). But
that does not mean a person can file a trademark application in the
Gibraltar trademark office and then claim priority from it.
