[E-trademarks] Trademarks for Full Names

For reasons that are not entirely clear, there are a ton of registrations
for full names ostensibly as trademarks for financial services in
International Class 36 issued without being refused under 2(e)(4).
A search along these lines should return some of the more recent ones:
RD:[20230101 TO *] AND IC:036 AND GS:financial AND CB:1a AND MD:4 AND
identifies AND consent
