[E-trademarks] [E-trademarks-L] International Registration Cancelled but Reinstated - Affect on US Registr

Hello all,

A client’s Australian registration that was the basis for protection in the US was canceled, and therefore the US registration was canceled. Subsequently, Australian counsel got the underlying registration reinstated.

The US registration was canceled on November 23, 2023.

There is an “IB Correction Form” in the file jacket on the US registration, dated April 25th of this year.

Does anyone know if the USPTO will do anything with this on its own, or the method for requesting reinstatement of a registration canceled after loss of international protection?
