[E-trademarks] File this in the "Trademark is Not a Verb" Folder

Fun, but apart from the misuse of trademark as a verb, I thought that the quiz was a bit misleading.  Not sure how anyone would be expected to know that HONEYCRISP was registered as a trademark but then abandoned.  And of course since the author only considers marks to be trademarks if they are registered, the answer to the last question is wrong—CINNANAAN *is* a trademark even if it’s not registered.
