[E-trademarks] USPTO Search API

[David Lizerbram]

I have a question about accessing trademark search (whatever the new 
TESS is calling itself) via API. I've looked on the USPTO website and 
have tried contacting various departments via phone and email and have 
gone nowhere. If someone in the e-trademarks brain trust has familiarity 
with this, or knows who to be in touch with at the USPTO, I'd appreciate 
it. Feel free to respond off-list. Thanks!
