[E-trademarks] Recorded Assignment not Reflected in Current Owner Information

I’ve just experienced the flip side of what you write about.  I filed a Section 8 Affidavit a few months ago in which the name of the registrant LLC was changed.   Ten days later the TSDR docket showed an entry “AUTOMATIC UPDATE OF ASSIGNMENT OF OWNERSHIP” in which the changed name of the registrant is correctly displayed, but TSDR now identifies it as a CORPORATION.  Adding injury to insult, the post-registration examiner says that the Section 8 filing is defective because it wasn’t submitted by the renamed entity as a corporation (despite that its name contains the designator LLC).

What’s the most efficient way to get this USPTO generated anomaly corrected?

Has anyone else had this problem?

-Assignment was submitted for recordation on June 1.
-Notice of Recordation of Assignment was received (email) on June 5.
-As of today (June 12) the “Current Owner(s)” section for the application still reflects the prior owner/assignor in TSDR. BUT – the “Assignment Abstract of Title” section clearly shows the assignor/assignee parties.
-Is it possible that it is not an automated process for reflecting the new owner and that some human forgot to manually update the information?
