[E-trademarks] 2026 INTA Annual Meeting in Dubai moved to 2029

They received a ton of pushback - The LGBTQ community is not an
insignificant portion of the INTA attendees, plus just the sheer management
of potentially 10k people in that environment.  I was told that one hotel
cannot likely hold everyone, and traveling between properties is a huge
undertaking, not a walkable area.  I'm not convinced 2029 will happen for
these same reasons.  I also heard that the government there is paying for
groups like INTA to hold these conventions so that was likely
initial appeal of Dubai - INTA is all about money.
