[E-trademarks] Post reg OAs

One is a fluke, but I have now received two post reg OAs where the sole
issue is that there was no record of my checking the "I'm admitted to the
highest bar blah blah" statement.

Since the TEAS forms require that box to be checked before proceeding, I do
not know why this is happening. My bar information is of record, but not
the checkbox flag.

Anyone else seeing this?
