[E-trademarks] ICANN Domain Name Dispute

Dearlist mates,

 

I have aclient who wishes to initiate an ICANN domain name dispute, to take away adomain name owned by an infringer.

 

Havingnever done one before, I am hoping that someone who has done a few would bewilling to serve as cocounsel with me on this case.

 

Theclient is a small, but prosperous company, and if possible, I would like towork with an attorney at a smaller firm with more reasonable rates than onewould find with the AmLaw 100
