[E-trademarks] Trademark Documents to Iran

Hello!  Last I had occasion to check, I verified that the U.S. Treasury
Dept's OFAC's general license allowing acquisition and maintenance of IP in
Iran remained in effect.  But It was tricky to get payment and docs to
local counsel 'cause banks and courier services were unaware of the
exception to sanctions, weren't prepared to honor it, concerned about
liability, too much red tape for them.  If you're working with a firm like
Saba or AGIP having offices in multiple Middle Eastern countries, problem
solved:  you can arrange to work through their headquarters or a branch
office.  In any case, yes, middleman needed.  Suggest checking first with
your Iranian counsel.  They may already have a foreign contact they use, or
