[E-trademarks] Timing for ITU action on extension requests?

Hi all,

Is there any rhyme or reason to how long it takes the PTO to formally acknowledge an extension request?  In the past, the email approving the request has generally been sent about two days after the extension request is filed, though I have had it take as long as a couple of weeks.  For one recent application, however, I filed a request on 5/24 but still haven’t gotten an email, though the extension was approved on June 3.  TSDR doesn’t show any acknowledgement email being sent.
