[E-trademarks] [Ip-transactions] [Patentcenter] [Patentpractice] Chevron Has been overruled by the S.Ct.

Not to get too political, but personally, I was struck by Justice Kagan's
line in the dissent, "the majority today gives itself exclusive power over
every open issue [...] involving the meaning of regulatory law."  And all
that I could think was, Yes, it is, in fact, emphatically the province and
duty of the judicial department to say what the law is.
