[E-trademarks] [EXT] Re: [Patentpractice] Chevron Has been overruled by the S.Ct.

Chevron originally was a decision pushed by Conservatives who had control
of the agencies and wanted to keep liberal judges from overruling agency
decisions.

Now that there are more conservative judges, and the agencies are
controlled by a Democratic administration, they reversed course.

This will mean a ton of challenges in forum shopped circuits.

I'm not a fan of what the USPTO has been doing, but this decision is going
to lead to a flaming mess.
