Hello listmates.  Yes this is a seismic shift in how the APA is going to 
work.  Yes it turns everything upside down.

With all respect to everybody I will ask if we can let this thread 
finish now.   After some months, when we start seeing direct effects as 
it relates to the USPTO, then let's discuss those effects.
